Burn Out
Something that all people who plan to train in chi should know about is called " burn out "
BURN OUT : When your body is at such a loss of energy, when you have used up so much energy you get to the point where you
can feel Deathly Ill . The way to prevent this is, Before Sparring or even training, do at least 5 minutes of meditation
so you can draw in some extra energy, or do like I do, use a " Chi Chamber " which is created with the " Chi Chamber " tech
. If you do burn out, the best thing I can recommend is that you take a nap. and also ground. gather so more chi. make sure
you wait a day or 9 hours for the effect to wear out! i hope you guys do not experince this!!!! do not dought your self though.
Set your mind to it! YOU CAN DO ANYTHING!
